Why am I only seeing a black screen (no video)? +: The black screen might be due to the app not having permission to access the camera.
Make sure that camera permission is enabled by going to Settings > Time Warp and make sure that 'Camera' is turned on.
What does that slider do? +: Time Warp captures live video frames from the camera, and generates crazy effects using a range of the recently-captured video frames. The farther to the right you move the slider, the farther back in time it reaches for a bunch of different types of effects. Each effect behaves a little differently as you play around with this adjustment.
Can I load a video from my camera roll? +: A big part of this app's experience is interacting with the effect in real time as the video is being captured, and getting that to work with a pre-recorded video is surprisingly tricky to do. This is definitely something we will keep revisiting until we can figure out if there's a good way to make it work. Until then, we're focusing on the LIVE interaction!
Can I hide the UI controls and see my video full-screen? +: Yes! Just double-tap (or long-press) on the video and the controls will be hidden. While they're hidden, you can still adjust the slider by using a pinching gesture in or out. To bring them back, just double-tap (or long-press) again.
